Satellite function is removed from radio in V4.00 FW.
When the engineer decided to add Satellite function to the D878UV, it actually didn’t have enough space in the CPU for Satellite function , engineer had to optimize the code to free up some space and it leaded to an unexpected issue, some users reported the radio with V3.08N firmware get freeze during the use. So we decided to release a firmware without Satellite function, but with all the other modifications since V3.04 firmware. 
If you don’t have problem with V3.08N and you want to use Satellite function, you can stay at V3.08N firmware.
