What are the payment options?

We accept major credit card, afterpay, as well as direct bank deposit.

What is direct ship and how much is freight?

Direct Ship means the product ships direct from the supplier to you via Air Freight, with duty/GST prepaid, and ship for free. QSLComms covers any warranty/returns, you wont need to ship back overseas.
We also ship for free if your order exceeds $150, otherwise freight will be calculated at checkout prior to payment. Overseas customers please request a quote. We do not part ship orders if out of stock items are not far away from arriving.

What are the benefits of having a member login?

Site members can see purchase history, order status as well as reprint tax invoices. They can also store credit card details (PCI Compliant).

Is it in stock?

Our store will show a "preorder" button if a product is out of stock, with over 500 products sometimes this may be an error where we have sold product at hamfests and not updated the inventory. Where there is low inventory, actual stock levels will be shown.
